fused glass sculptures
2024 -Glass explores the fragility and transparency of glassin relation to the nervous system, social forces, and the psychosomatic tensions of female bodies. Invisi-ble emotional and physiological states are translated into physical traces, forming sculptural objects thatact as prosthetic extensions of the body, where stressis materialized and preserved within a fragile yetenduring medium.
The imprints were made under intense time pressure—during rushed moments and short breaks embedding urgency, interruption, and bodily straindirectly into the glass. The sculptures fix thesefleeting states, capturing tension at the moment it isdisplaced and transformed into form.
