The project analyzes private interiors and the identities oftheir inhabitants, highlighting hidden lives. Developed inconsultation with seniors, it addresses the isolation of elderlyindividuals often confined to high floors with limited mobility.For many, windows or peepholes serve as their only contactwith the outside world, while they themselves become part ofurban folklore.Based on the door peephole as a transitional element, theinstallation places viewers outside, offering a glimpse inward.
The seemingly random placement of peepholes choreo-graphs movement, forcing unusual body positions and effort echoing the architectural barriers faced by people withreduced mobility.
